Terms & Conditions – Archies Christmas Giveaway 2020
- This competition is open only to residents in New South Wales, Australia, who are able to attend the clinic in person to claim their prize.
- You must be 18+ years to enter, and show photo ID that matches your entry name when collecting the prize
- Multiple entries per person are permitted, as long as a separate Facebook friend is tagged with every entry
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions

- By entering this competition, you give Cartwright Podiatry and its staff permission to use your name for promoting the competition and other relevant advertisements
- The prize is one pair of Archies thongs in a size specified by you
- You understand the prize can not be exchanged or altered in any way
- The prize can not be sold to another party
- The winner must present in person with identification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot attend in person, another winner will be selected
- Unclaimed prizes that have not been collected by January 31st 2021 will be withdrawn
- The competition opens at 8am, Friday 27th November. The closing date for entry will be Friday midnight – 11th December 2020. After this date, no further entries will be permitted
- The winner will be announced via Facebook and Instagram and contacted directly.
- Cartwright Podiatry will judge the competition and decide on the winner picked at random from all complete entries via Instagram and Facebook
- This giveaway is not sponsored by Instagram or Facebook, and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash
- The entrant must be following Cartwright Podiatry on both Facebook and Instagram in order to have a valid entry
- Cartwright Podiatry shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the relevant platform
- Cartwright Podiatry also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control
