We Can Help With

If you have a pain or problem with your lower limbs, there’s a good chance that our experienced podiatry team will be able to help.

Heel Pain

Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs
Heel pain from plantar fasciitis or heel spurs can be excruciating, especially the first steps as you get out of bed first thing in the morning or stand from resting. We offer solutions to heel pain to repair the damage, restore full movement and function, and help prevent the problem from returning in the future.

Flat Feet

Flat feet are characterised by a position where the ankles are rolling inwards, and the feet or toes may point outwards. There is little to no visible arch on the inside border of the foot, hence the term ‘fallen arches’.

Growing Pains

Heel Pain (Sever’s Disease) & Knee Pain (Osgood Schlatter’s Disease)
Growing pains can affect active, growing kids commonly between the ages of 8 and 14 years. Old misconceptions exist around growing pains needing to be ‘waited out’ – this is absolutely not the case. Growing pains can effectively be treated by addressing the cause of the pain – the excess force or tension to or around the vulnerable growth plates in growing bones.

Ingrown Toenails

Ingrown toenails occur when part of the nail pierces the surrounding skin and begins to grow inwards, causing pain, swelling, redness and much discomfort. We use numerous solutions to treat ingrown toenails, from trimming back the nail to minor nail surgery for permanent resolution.

Achilles Pain

Achilles Tendinosis
Pain that shoots up the back of your leg and infiltrates your heel is the last thing you need when running, playing sports, or when you’re hard at work. We use trusted treatment approaches to relieve Achilles pain and help prevent its return.

Diabetes

Diabetes is a progressive systemic condition that impairs your blood flow, your ability to heal, and your ability to detect sensation. This is a dangerous combination that can have significant consequences for your feet if the right care isn’t taken.

Fungal Toenail Infections

Fungal nail infections affect up to 15% of the Australian population at any one time, and can spread quickly between toes and families. Many people are left feeling frustrated or embarrassed with their toenails as they gain a white/yellow discolouration, become flaky or brittle, and have a moth-eaten appearance.

Warts

(Verrucae)
Warts are caused by the human papillomavirus that is often contracted in childhood. They can present spontaneously on any part of the foot, at any time. This can become painful and problematic as the wart grows, or if it presents on a weight-bearing part of the foot. We have multiple treatment options for warts, ranging from topical applications to surgical excision.

Corns and Callus

Corns and callus are caused by excess pressure through specific areas of the feet, and the result can often be very painful and uncomfortable. We can remove corns and reduce callus in one appointment.
