Do I need a referral to see you?

No, you do not need a referral to see us. If you have been referred, please bring your referral details and any other information that your referrer has provided e.g. x-ray results

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring non-restrictive clothing in case we need to conduct a biomechanical assessment, all the shoes that you regularly wear, any information relating to your problem from other health professionals you have seen, the results of x-rays or other tests, and a list of your regular medications.

Is there free parking on site?

Yes, we have free parking available on site.

Are your clinics wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our clinics are wheelchair accessible.

Do you work late nights or weekends?

Yes, we are open on Saturdays. Please book an appointment to secure this time.

Do you do home visits?

No, we currently do not offer home visits.

Do you accept EPC programs?

Yes. If your GP has issued you with an EPC program, you must bring this with you to your appointment for our records and to authorise the appointment.

At what age should I bring my child to see a podiatrist?

Once they have started walking, if any concerns are present, bring them in to see our podiatrists.

Can you refer for ultrasounds, x-rays and lab tests?

Yes, if necessary, we can refer you for x-rays, ultrasounds, CT and MRI tests.

Can I claim my health fund rebate at my appointment?

Yes, HICAPS facilities are available for on the spot claiming.

Will my health fund provide a rebate for podiatry?

This depends on your level of cover with your health fund. Please review your policy or call your health fund to check. We can provide the service numbers on request – just give us a call and let us know what kind of appointment you are needing to book.

Are your services bulk-billed?

No, our services are not bulk billed except for DVA Gold Card holders. All Medicare EPC referral payment is required in full at the time of visit and we can have Medicare issue the rebate via the HICAPS terminal if you have an eftpos or debit card.

Can my partner and I share an appointment?

You and your partner can both come in at the same time and sit in on one another’s appointments, but you need to let us know in advance so we can book your individual appointments in one after the other. Please note, this is charged as two individual appointments.

What is your cancellation policy?

It is appreciated if all cancellations can be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow another patient the opportunity to take your appointment slot.
